Our commission in providing you with premium quality safe products lead us to the installation of a HACCP system in 2003.Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP), is a system, which gives us a proactive
common sense approach to the safety management of our food products. The purpose of this food safety program is to identify and control, prevent and eliminate food safety hazards.
In 2008, we replaced HACCP by ISO 22000 which is the new standard that replaced HACCP on issues related to food safety.
